Buenos Aires, January 13 (NA) – The social security provider OSECAC has formed an investigative committee to assess the accident that occurred at the medical center in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Palermo, where six people suffered minor injuries. According to a statement from the Social Security for Commerce and Civil Employees (OSECAC), the incident took place in the outpatient consultation area and resulted in the preventive transfer of those affected to the Durand, Fernández, and Ramos Mejía hospitals. Subsequently, all injured individuals were transferred to the Sanatorio Sagrado Corazón to receive a comprehensive medical evaluation. As reported by Noticias Argentinas, the emergency protocol was activated immediately, enabling a swift coordination with the SAME (emergency medical service), Civil Defense, the Fire Department, and other authorities. In response to the event, the OSECAC Board of Directors resolved to form an Investigation Committee, which will be responsible for clarifying the causes of the incident and coordinating the necessary repair tasks to ensure the safety of the facility. The social security provider expressed its solidarity with the affected beneficiaries and thanked the medical center's staff, as well as the work of the SAME, Fire Department, and City Police.
